Shaded and bold: working hours (09:00 to 17:00). Columns are hours on the clock in UTC; * marks an hour where that clock changes, so the day can have 23 or 25 columns.
Next clock change
- UTC: no clock change in the next 13 months
- London, United Kingdom: Sun 28 Mar 2027, 01:00 local time: clocks go forward 1 hour (UTC+0 to UTC+1), in 142 days

About Time Zone Converter
Converts a time from one time zone to another, useful for scheduling a call or meeting with someone in a different part of the world without doing the math yourself.
Enter the time and select the source and target time zones, and the converted time is calculated instantly, accounting for daylight saving time where applicable. Below the result, the meeting planner shows the day hour by hour in every zone with working hours shaded, the next clock change for each zone, a share link and a calendar file. If your project has an event agenda, it is shown below in the same zones, with a marker where the date changes, ready to copy or download.
When scheduling across time zones that don't both observe daylight saving time at the same time of year, double-check the date too, not just the time — the offset between two zones can change by an hour depending on the season.
Watch: Time Zone Converter in Action
- Does this account for daylight saving time automatically?
- Yes — the conversion reflects the actual current time offset for each location, including daylight saving adjustments where applicable, rather than a fixed year-round offset.
- Can it convert my whole event agenda?
- Yes. If your project has an agenda (from the Event Day Schedule or an imported CSV), it appears below the converter in the zones you picked, with a marker such as +1 day where the date changes. A session's own time zone is used if it has one; otherwise the agenda zone shown above the table. Copy it as text or download it as CSV.
- How do I find a time when everyone in different time zones can meet?
- Use the meeting planner under the converter. It lays out the day hour by hour in every zone you chose, shades the hours that fall inside working hours on each zone's own clock (09:00 to 17:00 unless you change it), and says in words when everyone is at work. Click an hour to use it. If nobody's hours overlap, it says so and suggests widening the hours or accepting an early or late slot for one person.
- Can I share the time with other people or put it in my calendar?
- Yes. Copy share link makes a web address holding only the zones, the time and the working hours, so whoever opens it sees the same plan; nothing is saved on a server. Download calendar file makes an .ics file with one event at the exact moment, which every calendar app shows in the viewer's own zone, and lists the time in each zone in its description. Each takes one trial use.
- What happens on the night the clocks change?
- The grid for that day has 23 or 25 hour columns, with * on the hour where the clock changes. A time that does not exist (the clocks jump forward) or happens twice (they go back) is flagged, and the first occurrence is used. The planner also shows the next clock change for each zone, such as New York going back one hour on Sunday 1 November 2026 at 2:00 am, taken from your device's time zone data.
- Why do the lists show cities and not just zone IDs?
- Each zone shows a city and country with its abbreviation and offset, such as Mumbai, India (IST, UTC+5:30), and the technical zone ID (Asia/Kolkata) underneath. You can still search by city, country, abbreviation or zone ID. Pick a city rather than UTC or GMT when you are planning ahead, because a city follows its own daylight saving changes and UTC never moves.
