About Agenda and Cue Sheet Builder
Plan the day, print the agenda, run the show from a cue sheet and keep speakers on time.
Step 1: build the schedule. Step 2: print the agenda for guests. Step 3: print the cue sheet for your crew. Step 4: use the stage timer on the day. Each step uses the same sessions.
Give every session an end time. That is what lets the tool catch clashes and gives the timer a length for each talk.
- What is a cue sheet?
- A run-of-show page for your crew with start times, durations, who is on, and notes for each cue.
- Do the steps share sessions?
- Yes. The schedule, printed agenda, cue sheet and stage timer all use the same sessions in your project.
- Can I import a schedule?
- Yes. Import a CSV in the schedule step and every other step updates.
- How does the stage timer know the length of a talk?
- From the session start and end times. Use my agenda loads them in order.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. Everything stays in your browser tab.
