About Pregnancy Scan Date Calculator
Shows how far along you are and the typical date windows for the scans and screening tests commonly offered in pregnancy: first-trimester (nuchal translucency) screening and the anomaly or anatomy scan, with early dating and later growth scans listed only as "if your provider advises". Windows that have already passed are marked.
Choose what you know: the first day of your last period, a due date, a conception date or an IVF transfer date, and enter it. Add your cycle length if it is not 28 days. The dates for each window appear with their source. Save them as an .ics calendar file, a PDF or a text summary, or copy, share or print them. Reading results never uses a trial use; taking them away uses 1 per visit.
These are typical windows from published guidance, not an appointment schedule. Your midwife, doctor or hospital decides which scans you are offered and when, and their schedule always overrides this page. Screening tests are optional.
- Is this my appointment schedule?
- No. It shows typical date windows from published guidance. Your midwife, doctor or hospital decides which scans you are offered and when, and their schedule overrides this page.
- Why do some scans have no dates?
- Early dating or viability scans and later growth scans have no single standard window, so they are listed as "only if your provider advises" rather than guessing a date.
- Where do the windows come from?
- NHS England screening programme timings for combined screening and the anomaly scan, and ACOG's description of the anatomy scan as usually 18 to 22 weeks. The source and the "as of" date are shown on the tool.
