About Visitor Lead Capture Sheet
Captures the visitors who stop at your booth, on your phone or on paper. Type each lead in seconds with a hot, warm or cold rating and a follow-up flag, then download the list as a CSV. Or print blank lead sheets with the columns you choose.
In Capture, fill in what you learn, press Add, and the lead joins the list. Duplicates are flagged. When the show ends, download the CSV or copy the follow-up emails. In Print sheets, pick the columns and pages and download the PDF.
Rate every lead while the conversation is fresh. Hot means ready to buy or book, warm means interested, cold means just looking. Only collect details with the visitor's agreement and follow the data rules where you operate.
- Where are the leads saved?
- Only in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded or stored on our side, so download the CSV before you close the tab or the leads are gone.
- What do hot, warm and cold mean?
- A common rule: hot is ready to buy or book soon, warm is interested and worth a follow-up, cold is just browsing. The CSV lists the hottest first.
- Does it warn about duplicates?
- Yes. If the email or phone number matches a lead you already captured, you are asked whether to add it anyway.
- Can I print sheets instead?
- Yes. Open Print sheets, choose the columns, rows per page and number of pages, and download a landscape PDF on Letter or A4 with tick circles for the rating.
- Do I need the visitor's permission?
- Yes. Only collect and keep contact details with the visitor's agreement and follow the privacy rules where you operate. A simple sign saying how you will use their details helps.
How to use Visitor Lead Capture Sheet
Open Capture leads, type what you learn from each visitor, choose a rating and press Add. Download the CSV when the show ends or copy the follow-up emails. For paper, open Print sheets and download blank lead sheets.
When to use it
Use it on a trade-show stand, at a market, a careers fair or any event where you meet many people and need to follow up afterwards.
When not to use it
It is not a CRM and does not send emails or scan badges. Import the CSV into your own system after the event.
Tips for best results
Rate and flag each lead right away, and note one specific thing they said. That one line makes the follow-up email worth reading.
Limitations
Leads are held only until you close the tab. There is one list per visit and no sync between devices.
Privacy
Leads stay in your browser and are never uploaded or kept by us. Visitors' details are personal data, so handle the CSV with care.
