Drop a PDF with tables
Extract table data to Excel — processed entirely in your browser
Max file size: 50MB
What is this tool?
Extracts tabular data from a PDF and converts it into an Excel spreadsheet, so you can work with numbers and tables without retyping them by hand.
How to use it
Upload a PDF that contains a table, and the tool automatically finds the actual table region on each page and converts it into spreadsheet rows and columns -- any other text on the page (headers, captions, unrelated content) is preserved separately rather than forced into the table. Download the resulting .xlsx file and check it against the original for accuracy.
Detection looks for at least 3 consecutive rows of consistently aligned columns -- a genuine data table. A page that mixes a table with a lot of surrounding paragraph text, or a table with only 1-2 rows, may not convert as a clean table; check the result before relying on it, especially on complex or mixed-layout pages.
