Event Landing Page Generator
Make a one-page event website with programme, venue, RSVP button and add-to-calendar link as a single HTML file
About Event Landing Page Generator
Makes a simple one-page website for your event: title, date, place, about text, programme from your project schedule, a button to RSVP and an add-to-calendar link. You get one HTML file with no scripts that you can put on any web host or send as an attachment.
Fill in the details (the title and programme come from your project if you have one), check the preview, then download the file. Upload it to any web hosting, or attach it to an email for guests to open.
Point the RSVP button at a form or an email address you already use. The page itself collects nothing and tracks nothing, so replies go wherever your link goes.
- What do I get?
- One HTML file for a single-page event website: title, date, venue, about text, a programme by day, an RSVP button and an add-to-calendar link. It works on phones and computers and has no scripts.
- Where do I put it online?
- On any web host or static site service: upload the file as index.html. You can also email it as an attachment or open it from a shared drive. This tool does not host the page for you.
- Where does the programme come from?
- From the sessions in your project, the same ones the Event Day Schedule uses. Untick the box if you do not want a programme on the page.
- How do RSVPs work?
- The button opens the link or email address you give it, such as a form you already use. The page does not collect or store replies.
- Is anything tracked?
- No. The page has no scripts, no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. Everything you type stays in your browser while you build it, and nothing is uploaded.
How to use Event Landing Page Generator
Check the title and dates filled in from your project, add a tagline, the venue and address, and a few lines about the event. Paste your RSVP link or email address, pick a colour and light or dark, and look at the preview. Download index.html and upload it to any web host, or attach it to an email.
When to use it
Use it when guests need one place to see when and where, what is on and how to reply: a wedding weekend, a conference, a launch party or a team offsite.
When not to use it
It does not host the page, take registrations or payments, or show who has replied. For ticket sales or a replies list, use a form or ticketing service and link to it from the button.
Tips for best results
Keep the about text to a few short paragraphs. Link RSVP to a form you already use. Open the downloaded file on your phone before you share it.
Limitations
One page, one design with your colour. Only http, https and email links are used. The programme shows times as typed in your project, with no time zone conversion on the page.
Privacy
The page is built in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the file contains no scripts or trackers. The project is erased when you close the page unless you save the project file.
