Agenda Builder
Turn your schedule into a printable event programme PDF with times, presenters and rooms
One line per item: time (and optional end), the title, then optionally the presenter and room, separated by |. For several days, use the Event Day Schedule and your project.
0 sessions. Paper: US Letter (set in your project).
About Agenda Builder
Turns your schedule into a clean printable programme for guests: the event title, each day with times, session titles, presenters and rooms, on US Letter or A4, ready to print or send as a PDF.
Use the sessions in your project or type them one per line. Set the title and colour, choose whether to show presenters, rooms and tracks, check the preview and download the PDF.
Keep titles short so each fits on one or two lines. Leave out rooms if everything is in one place. Print a copy and read it through once for typos before you print the lot.
- Where do the sessions come from?
- From the schedule in your project (the Event Day Schedule fills it), or from lines you type here: a time, the title, then optionally the presenter and room separated by |.
- Can I hide rooms or presenters?
- Yes. Tick or untick Presenters, Rooms and Tracks and the preview updates. Use the subtitle for the dates and place and the footer for a website or contact.
- Does it handle several days?
- Yes. Each day gets its own heading in your language and date format, and a long programme continues on more pages with page numbers.
- What paper size does it use?
- US Letter or A4, following the paper set in your project. Print at 100% or Actual size.
- Is my schedule uploaded anywhere?
- No. The PDF is made in your browser, nothing is uploaded or kept, and the project is erased when you close the tab unless you save the project file.
How to use Agenda Builder
Choose the schedule from your project or type one item per line. Set the title, subtitle and footer, pick a colour, decide whether to show presenters, rooms and tracks, and look at the preview. Download the PDF and print it or send it.
When to use it
Use it when guests need a clean programme to hold or open on their phone: conferences, workshops, away days, weddings with several parts.
When not to use it
It does not make a crew timeline (use the Run-of-Show Cue Sheet) or a website (use the Event Landing Page Generator), and it does not change your schedule.
Tips for best results
Keep titles short, put dates in the subtitle and a website in the footer. Read the printed page once for typos before you print the whole run.
Limitations
One simple layout with your colour. Times are shown as entered, with no time zone conversion. Very long titles wrap onto more lines.
Privacy
The programme is built in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or kept, and the project is erased when you close the page unless you save the project file.
