About Exhibitor and Booth Tracker
Keeps track of every exhibitor at your event: who has which booth, who is only an enquiry, who has booked and who has paid, how much you have agreed and how much is still to collect. It warns you when a booth is given twice or a booked exhibitor has no booth.
Add exhibitors with their booth, contact, fee and what they have paid so far. Change status from the list, or press Mark paid in full. Filter and search, then copy the summary or download the list as a CSV. The same list is saved in your project file.
Give each booth a number that matches your floor plan so booths line up between the two. Record every payment as it arrives and the balance works itself out.
- What do the statuses mean?
- Enquiry is someone interested, Booked has agreed to take a booth, Paid has settled the fee in full, and Cancelled has withdrawn. Only booked and paid exhibitors count towards the fees agreed and the amount to collect.
- How does it spot problems?
- It warns when one booth number is given to more than one live exhibitor, when a booked or paid exhibitor has no booth, and when money is held for a cancelled exhibitor.
- Can I import my exhibitor list?
- Yes. Import a CSV with columns such as Company, Booth, Contact, Email, Status, Fee and Paid. Words like Confirmed, Reserved, Lead or Withdrawn are understood. Use Blank CSV for a template.
- Does it take payments?
- No. You record what each exhibitor has paid. It works out the balance but does not collect money or send invoices.
- Is anything stored?
- No. The list lives in your browser and is erased when you close the tab unless you save the project file or download the CSV.
How to use Exhibitor and Booth Tracker
Add each exhibitor with their booth, fee and what they have paid. Change the status from the list or press Mark paid in full. Search and filter, read the warnings, then copy the summary or download the CSV.
When to use it
Use it to sell and manage booths at a trade show, expo, fair or market: who is interested, who has booked, who has paid and who still owes.
When not to use it
It does not send invoices, take payments or draw the floor plan. Use the Booth Layout Planner for the plan and your payment tool for money.
Tips for best results
Number booths the same way on your floor plan and in this list, and record each payment on the day it arrives.
Limitations
One fee and one paid amount per exhibitor, in the project currency. Instalment dates and refunds are not tracked.
Privacy
Exhibitor details stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or kept, and the project is erased when you close the page unless you save the project file.
