About Rooming and Dietary Sheet
Collect dietary and access needs from your guest list and print labels.
Step 1: add guests with their dietary and access needs. Step 2: read the summary for your caterer and venue. Step 3: print labels, for example for meal tags.
Ask for dietary and access needs on the RSVP form so they arrive with the guest, not a day before the event.
- What does the summary show?
- Counts of each dietary need and access need, with the names behind them, ready to send to a caterer or venue.
- Can I print labels?
- Yes. The label step prints sheets of labels from the guest list, for example meal or seat tags.
- Where do the needs come from?
- From the guest list. You can import them from a CSV or type them in.
- Is it private?
- Yes. Guest details stay in your browser tab and are erased when you close it.
- Does it handle room assignments?
- This version covers needs and labels. Room lists are in the planned Accommodation Manager.
