What is this tool?
Converts an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) into a PDF, with real cell data laid out as an actual readable table -- not just an image of a screenshot. Each sheet in the workbook becomes its own section, in landscape orientation to fit typical spreadsheet width.
How to use it
Upload your .xlsx file and download the converted PDF. Every sheet is included, with column headers repeated at the top of each new page when a table runs long.
This reads real cell values -- text, numbers, dates -- and lays them out as a genuine table grid. It doesn't reproduce cell colors, fonts, conditional formatting, or embedded charts; for a spreadsheet where that visual formatting is the point (not just the data), printing directly from Excel will preserve more of it. Very wide sheets (many columns) get their columns narrowed to fit landscape width -- if a sheet has more columns than can stay readable, the extras are noted rather than silently dropped off the page.
