About Invite and Calendar Maker
Build an invitation card and a matching calendar invite from the same event details.
Step 1: add guests so you know who is invited. Step 2: design the invitation card. Step 3: create the calendar invite file (.ics) guests can add to their calendar.
Send the calendar invite file with the card so guests get the date, time and place in their own calendar, with a reminder.
- What is the calendar file?
- An .ics file. Guests open it and the event goes into Apple, Google or Outlook calendar with the time and place.
- Can I use the same details for the card and the calendar?
- Yes. Both steps work from the same project, so you type the guest list once.
- Does it send the invitations?
- No. It creates the card and the file. You send them yourself, so your guest contacts are never uploaded.
- Which time zone is used?
- The one you set for the event, so guests in other zones see their own local time.
- Is anything stored?
- No. Everything stays in this browser tab and is erased when you close it.
