About Expense Capture Sheet
Capture receipts as expenses, compare them with your budget and read the profit statement.
Step 1: paste or photograph receipts to add expenses. Step 2: check them against your budget lines. Step 3: read the profit statement for the event.
Capture receipts as you go. Small amounts forgotten until the end are the usual reason an event comes in over budget.
- How do receipts become expenses?
- Paste the receipt text or read a photo. The tool finds the vendor, date, total and currency and adds an expense you can correct.
- Are receipts uploaded?
- No. Reading happens in your browser and nothing is stored.
- How does it connect to the budget?
- Expenses go into the same project the budget planner uses, so you can see spending against each budget line.
- What is in the profit statement?
- Income, costs by category, tax lines and the result, in the currency you choose.
- Does it work in any currency?
- Yes, with region-neutral tax lines such as sales tax, VAT or GST.
