About Badge and Pass Maker
Add guests, print their badges with a QR pass, and check them in at the door, all on one shared guest list.
Step 1: add or import your guests. Step 2: choose a badge sheet and download the badges with QR passes. Step 3: scan passes at the door. The door check works offline against your project.
Save the project file before you print. The passes are signed with it, and it is what lets the door check recognise real passes.
- What does this app do?
- It joins three steps on one guest list: add guests, print name badges with a QR pass, and check people in at the door by scanning the passes.
- Do I need internet at the door?
- No. The door check reads the passes and checks them against your project in the browser, so it keeps working without a connection once the page is open.
- Do I need to save the project?
- Yes, save the project file. The passes are signed with it. Open the same file on the door device so real passes are recognised.
- Does it use one usage per step?
- Each export counts one usage, as it does in the single tools. Looking around and editing does not.
- Is guest data uploaded?
- No. The guest list stays in this browser tab and is erased when you close it.
How to use Badge and Pass Maker
Add or import guests, choose a badge sheet and download the badges, then open Door check on the day and scan passes. Use the step buttons to move between steps; your guest list is shared by all of them.
When to use it
Use it for conferences, workshops, weddings, open days and any event where each person gets a badge and you want a quick, offline check-in.
When not to use it
For a very large event with ticket sales and live counts across several doors, use a dedicated ticketing system.
Tips for best results
Print the test page on plain paper and hold it against a real badge sheet before printing the full set.
Limitations
Door check works on the device where the project file is open; passes are not checked live across devices.
Privacy
Your guests never leave your browser.
