What is this tool?

How to use it

A 90-degree rotation keeps your PDF's text selectable and searchable, since it just flips a flag rather than touching the content. A custom angle has to actually redraw the page as an image to rotate it precisely, so that specific page's text stops being selectable afterward -- worth knowing if you only need a small skew correction on one page rather than a full 90-degree turn.
