Drop a PDF to edit
Add text and highlight boxes directly on the page
Max file size: 50MB
What is this tool?
Adds text and simple highlight boxes directly onto a PDF's pages, without needing desktop software like Acrobat -- for filling in a blank, labeling something, or drawing attention to a section.
How to use it
Upload your PDF, pick Text or Highlight mode. In Text mode, click anywhere to place a text box and type directly into it. In Highlight mode, click and drag across the area you want to mark -- you'll see the highlight take shape as you drag, so you can see exactly what you're marking before letting go. If something's in the wrong spot, remove it with the X and try again. Download when you're done.
For filling out a form with defined fields, check whether the PDF already has real fillable form fields first -- those give cleaner, better-aligned results than manually placing text boxes.

Keep the file size small enough for email attachments
