Make certificates of attendance or appreciation for every guest, as one PDF or a ZIP, on Letter or A4
0 certificates
Use {name}, {event} and {date} to fill in each certificate.
Paper: US Letter landscape (set in your project).
About Certificate Maker
Makes a certificate for each person on your guest list or a list you type: certificates of attendance, completion, appreciation or participation, on US Letter or A4 landscape, as one PDF or a ZIP with one file per person.
Choose who gets a certificate, write the wording (use {name}, {event} and {date} to fill in each person), add up to two signers, and download. The preview shows the first certificate.
Keep the wording short so long names still fit. Print on heavier paper at 100% or Actual size. To thank only people who came, choose confirmed and attended guests.
- Who can I make certificates for?
- Anyone in your project's guest list (confirmed and attended guests, everyone except declined, or every guest) or a list of names you type, one per line. Up to 500 in one go.
- How do I put each person's name in the wording?
- Type {name} where the name should go, {event} for the event name and {date} for the date shown. The big name under the title is always filled in for you.
- Can I get one file per person?
- Yes. Choose ZIP, one file each, and every certificate comes as its own PDF named in order, ready to email separately. Or keep One PDF to print them all together.
- What paper does it use?
- Landscape US Letter or A4, following the paper set in your project. Print at 100% or Actual size, ideally on heavier paper.
- Are the names uploaded anywhere?
- No. The certificates are made in your browser, nothing is uploaded or kept, and the project is erased when you close the tab unless you save the project file.
How to use Certificate Maker
Choose who gets a certificate: the guests in your project, or names you type. Write the title and the wording, using {name}, {event} and {date} to fill in each person, add up to two signers, pick a colour and border, and check the preview of the first certificate. Download one PDF to print together, or a ZIP with one file per person to send separately.
When to use it
Use it after a workshop, conference, training day or volunteer event, when everyone who took part should get a certificate of attendance, completion or appreciation without typing each one by hand.
When not to use it
It does not make certificates with a logo, seal or custom artwork, sign them digitally, or verify them. For credentials that must be checked later, use a system built for that.
Tips for best results
Keep the wording to a sentence. Choose confirmed and attended guests so people who did not come are left out. Print one page on plain paper first to check spelling before printing the lot.
Limitations
Landscape Letter or A4 only, with two signature lines at most. Very long names are shrunk to fit, down to a readable minimum. Names in other scripts are drawn as pictures where the font cannot show them, and the tool says so.
Privacy
Names stay in your browser and are turned into the PDF there. Nothing is uploaded or kept, and the project is erased when you close the page unless you save the project file.
