Listing Photo Pack
Size product photos for Etsy, eBay, Amazon or your own shop in one go, with notes on anything too small
Etsy recommends about 2000 px on each side, at least 635 px for the first photo, and warns that files over 1 MB may not finish uploading. The first photo should be landscape or square. Checked on Etsy's help page, October 2026.

About Listing Photo Pack
Sizes your product photos for a marketplace in one go: Etsy, eBay, Amazon's main image, your own shop, or a size you set. Each photo is scaled to the marketplace's recommended size without being enlarged, saved as a JPEG on a white background with all hidden picture data (such as location) removed, and checked against the marketplace's minimum size.
Pick the marketplace, drop your photos (up to 5 at a time on the trial, counted as one use), and click Make listing photos. Read any notes under the list, then download the pictures one by one or all together as a ZIP. Tick the square option if your shop shows square pictures.
Start from the largest original you have. A small photo is never enlarged, so it stays small and will be flagged. Photograph on a plain white background, or run Remove Background first, because this tool resizes and cleans the file but does not change the picture itself.
- Does it make photos bigger?
- No. A photo is only ever made smaller. If the original is below the size the marketplace recommends, it stays as it is and the tool tells you.
- Where do the sizes come from?
- Etsy and eBay sizes were read from their own help pages in October 2026. Amazon's page needs a seller login, so that entry follows widely published guidance; check it in Seller Central. Use Custom if your marketplace has changed its rules.
- Will it give me a white background?
- It places the photo on white and turns see-through areas white, but it does not cut the product out. Use Remove Background first if your photo has a busy background.
- Is location data removed from my photos?
- Yes. Each picture is drawn fresh into a new JPEG, so hidden data such as GPS position and camera details is not kept.
- How many photos can I do at once?
- Up to 5 on the trial, counted as one use. A paid plan removes the limit on how many photos go in one batch.
How to use Listing Photo Pack
Choose the marketplace, drop your product photos (up to 5 at a time on the trial, counted as one use), and click Make listing photos. Each picture is scaled to the recommended size, saved as a JPEG on white and listed with its new size and any warning. Download the photos one by one or all together as a ZIP.
When to use it
Use it when you are about to upload a set of photos to a shop and want them the right size and file type, to clear a warning that a picture is too small, or to prepare a batch from a phone camera, where the originals are far larger than a listing needs.
When not to use it
It does not remove or change the background, retouch the product or make a small photo sharper; for the background use Remove Background first. It does not check whether a photo meets a marketplace's content rules, such as what may appear in a main image.
Tips for best results
Start from the largest originals you have. Keep the product filling most of the frame and shoot against a plain white surface. For Etsy, make the first photo landscape or square, and keep later photos the same shape as the first.
Limitations
A photo is never enlarged, so a small original stays small and is flagged. Output is always JPEG on white, so see-through areas become white. The marketplace sizes were read from Etsy's and eBay's own help pages in October 2026; the Amazon entry follows widely published guidance and should be confirmed in Seller Central, and any marketplace can change its rules, so use Custom if yours differ. When a size limit applies the quality is lowered in steps, and a note appears if the file still does not fit.
Privacy
The photos are resized in your browser and are not uploaded. The new files are drawn fresh, so hidden picture data such as the location and camera details is not carried over.
