About Packing Slip Generator
Creates a packing slip to put in a parcel: sender and recipient, an optional ship-to address, an order number, the list of items with quantities and a tick box for each so the packer can check them off, plus the total quantity. It shows no prices.
Enter who is shipping and who it is going to, add the items with their quantities, and fill in the order number, ship date and carrier or tracking number if you have them. Download the packing slip as a PDF and print it.
A packing slip lists what is in the box, not what it costs, so it is safe to put inside a gift parcel. Keep the order number and ship date on it: they help the customer match the parcel to the order and help you if something is missing.

- Does it show prices?
- No. A packing slip lists quantities only, so the receiver, for example a gift recipient, does not see what was paid.
- What is the difference between a packing slip and an invoice?

How to use Packing Slip Generator

When to use it

When not to use it
A packing slip shows quantities only, with no prices or totals. To bill the customer, use Invoice Generator. It is not a shipping label and does not book a courier.
Tips for best results
Match each description to the product name on the order, add the order number so the customer can find it, and print one copy for the box and one for your records.
Limitations
The document lists what you type and shows the total number of units. Each line has a Packed checkbox for ticking by hand on the printout. Nothing is saved between visits. Long lists continue on extra pages.

The packing slip is built in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored.
