Drop a PowerPoint file
Convert .pptx slide text to a real PDF, one page per slide
Max file size: 50MB
What is this tool?
Converts a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx) into a PDF, one page per slide, with the real slide text and title laid out cleanly. Slide order is read from the presentation's actual internal structure, not guessed from file names -- so reordered or renamed slides still come out in the correct sequence.
How to use it
Upload your .pptx file and download the converted PDF. Each slide becomes one page, sized to match your presentation's real slide dimensions (standard or widescreen).
This extracts real slide text -- titles, bullet points, body text -- and lays it out as clean type. It doesn't reproduce images, background designs, custom fonts, or exact text positioning from the original slide layout; for a visually-styled deck where the design itself matters, exporting directly from PowerPoint will preserve more of it. A slide with only images and no text comes through as a blank page with just a slide-number label, rather than being silently dropped.
