About Booth Layout Planner
Plan the floor of an exhibition or trade-show hall. Set the hall size, add booths, stages, entrances and aisles, drag them into place and let the planner warn you about overlaps and anything outside the walls. Fill the hall with rows of booths in one click.
Enter the hall size and unit. Add booths of a standard size or press Fill rows. Drag items to move them, tap one to rename it, resize it or note who has it. Download the plan as a PDF to print, a PNG to share, or a CSV for your exhibitor list.
Leave aisles at least 2 to 3 metres (about 8 to 10 feet) wide and check local fire and access rules, which this planner does not know. Keep the first plan simple and add detail once the booth list is final.
- How do I move a booth?
- Drag it on the plan. It snaps to half a metre (or one foot) and stays inside the hall. Tap a booth to rename it, change its size or position, add the exhibitor's name or delete it.
- Can it lay out the booths for me?
- Yes. Enter the booth size, how many you need, the aisle width and the wall margin, then press Fill rows. Tick back-to-back to pair rows so aisles only appear between pairs. It tells you if some booths did not fit.
- What do the red outlines mean?
- Red marks booths that overlap each other or stick out of the hall. Aisle markers can overlap anything because they only show where people walk.
- Does it check fire or access rules?
- No. It is a drawing tool. Check aisle widths, exits and access with your venue and local rules before you finalise a plan.
- How do I keep my plan?
- Nothing is stored, so download the PDF, PNG or CSV before you close the tab. The CSV lists every booth with its position, size and exhibitor note.
How to use Booth Layout Planner
Set the hall size and unit, then add booths one at a time or fill the hall with rows. Drag items to place them, tap one to edit its label, size and exhibitor note, and fix anything outlined in red. Download the PDF, PNG or CSV.
When to use it
Use it to sketch an exhibition, trade show, market or fair layout before you sell stands, and to show exhibitors where they will be.
When not to use it
It is not a CAD or fire-safety tool. Rooms with columns, curved walls or multiple levels are outside what it draws, and it does not check exits or aisle regulations.
Tips for best results
Plan the aisles and entrances first, then fit booths around them. Number booths in the order exhibitors will walk past them.
Limitations
Rectangles only, no rotation, one hall per plan. The PDF is A4 and the plan is not saved between visits.
Privacy
The plan is drawn in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or kept.
