What is this tool?
Provides a task timeline for weddings, birthdays, or corporate events, with tasks sorted by how many weeks before the event date each one needs to happen.
How to use it
Choose your event type and enter your event date, and a full task timeline appears, sorted chronologically and counting back from your date.
The tasks furthest out (venue booking, save-the-dates) tend to have the least flexibility if you're late — those are the ones worth locking in first even if other planning feels more urgent day to day.
