What is this tool?
Tracks guests, their RSVP status, and plus-ones for an event, with running totals of confirmed, declined, and pending responses.
How to use it
Add guests as you invite them, update their RSVP status as responses come in, and your attendance totals update automatically. Download the list as an Excel file, or copy it as CSV.
Following up specifically with guests still marked "Pending" a set number of weeks before your RSVP deadline, rather than waiting passively, tends to get a meaningfully higher response rate than hoping everyone responds on their own.
