About Presentation Studio
Gets a finished presentation ready to send, in one pass. Drop your .pptx and tick the steps you want: change the slide size, add slide numbers, stamp a watermark, check accessibility, clean out notes, comments and author details, and compress the pictures. The steps run in a sensible fixed order on one copy of the file, you see your original beside the result, and you download one finished file plus a plain report of what each step did. Each step is the same engine as the matching single-purpose tool on this site.
Order matters, so the studio always works in this order: size, slide numbers, watermark, accessibility check, clean for sharing, compress. The accessibility step only checks and reports; to add alt text and titles, use the PowerPoint Accessibility Checker, then bring the fixed file back here. Keep your original: cleaning and compressing cannot be undone. Results have been checked in LibreOffice, not in desktop PowerPoint.
- What does it do that the single tools do not?
- It runs up to six steps on one copy of the deck in a fixed, sensible order: size, slide numbers, watermark, accessibility check, clean for sharing, compress. You get one finished file and a report of what each step did.
- Are the steps the same as the separate tools?
- Yes. Each step uses the same engine as the matching single tool on this site, with the common options.
- Does it fix accessibility problems?
- No. It checks and reports. Use the PowerPoint Accessibility Checker to add alt text and titles, then bring the fixed file back.
- Can I build a deck here?
- No. Start in the Slide Deck Maker or from a template, then finish the deck here.
- Is anything uploaded?
- No. Everything runs in your browser tab, and your file is not sent anywhere.
How to use Presentation Studio
Drop your .pptx, tick the steps and set their options, press Prepare the deck, check the before and after preview, and download the finished deck and the report.
When to use it
Useful as the last stop before a deck goes out: right size, numbered, marked, checked, cleaned and light enough to email.
When not to use it
If you only need one of the steps, the single tool is quicker. To fix accessibility problems, use the PowerPoint Accessibility Checker first.
Tips for best results
The steps run in a fixed order: size, numbers, watermark, accessibility check, clean, compress. Look at the preview before you send the file.
Limitations
Each step is the single tool's engine with its common options, not every option. The accessibility step reports only. Cleaning and compressing cannot be undone, so keep your original. The results have been checked in LibreOffice and not in desktop PowerPoint.
Privacy
The deck is processed inside your browser tab and is not uploaded. A request that counts the use goes to this site when you download and carries no part of your file.
