Renting Out a Property
Draft the lease, get it signed, and send a copy that's easy to email.
The lease has to exist as a real, complete document before signatures mean anything -- signing an incomplete or informal document is exactly the kind of thing that causes disputes later. Compression is the practical last step: a signed lease with scanned initials on every page is often much larger than the blank template, and this is usually a document both landlord and tenant need a copy of by email, not just on file.
Each step opens as its own tool -- download from one, upload into the next, same as any free tool on the site.
