Getting a Real Health & Fitness Baseline

The numbers worth knowing before you set a goal, not after.

BMI is a reasonable starting reference specifically because it's simple, not because it's complete -- it's the first, roughest number in this sequence on purpose. Body fat percentage is the next step precisely because it corrects for what BMI can't see, like the difference between muscle and fat at the same weight. Calorie and macro needs follow from those two numbers combined, not from either alone. An ideal weight range comes last, once there's an actual baseline to set a realistic target against, rather than picking a number first and working backward.

Each step opens as its own tool -- download from one, upload into the next, same as any free tool on the site.
