Combining and Reordering Multi-Page PDFs

Merge separate files into one document, get the order right, and number the pages properly.

Merging comes first since there's nothing to reorder until the separate files actually exist as one document. Reordering happens before page numbers are added specifically because adding numbers first, then reordering, means the numbers no longer match the actual page sequence -- this order avoids having to redo that step.
